I wonder if NSW has the equivalent of our High Risk Serious Offenders legislation? If he was here the courts could keep him in custody after the end of his sentence if he continues to pose a danger to the community. Which it very much sounds like he would be, being such a recidivist offender.
 
So a random energy company sales rep just called me. As soon as he realised I was in WA and he couldn't sell me anything he starts going on about how weird WA is for trying to secede in the 30s, throws in a "maybe that's why you're so bad at football" and keep saying he couldn't understand why we'd want to leave.

Maybe it's because we get random salesmen from the Eastern States calling us up to take a dump on us?

Bit weird you stayed on tbe phone to talk to him. I would have just hang up like 10 mins ago but I can see loneliness can do many strange things to people 😂🤪

Why’d he even bother going on with the conversation? That’s time he could’ve spent selling.

Curiosity (he genuinely couldn't understand 1930s WA) or just an arseh*le seizing the opportunity to be an arseh*le. If this is his tradecraft (try to aggravate anyone you can't immediately deal with, after calling them using a number on a marketing list you bought) I don't think more time with customers is going to help him.

Both require a knowledge of breathing apparatus - so could be a very handy hobby.

Look, I'm not a nut job or anything (and I know that's what a nut job would probably say) but I'm starting to think it's highly likely that some form of AI decides it's best for the planet if it launches nukes on China, Russia and the US. And then I'm worried as result there'll be no more HBO and cheap Chinese made retail items.
