I do yoga to keep fit. Headstands take a fair bit of core strength and improves balance. Gonna work on handstand next. Thats a fair bit harder needs strong shoulders. Working on it and can hold it against a wall.

I have dodgy shoulders though, ligaments worn out according to scans. From working with my arms above my head.

i crush ice with the bamix, empty that and the can into a shaker then decant into a gold plated aluminium hollow dildo then i do a headstand and pour it in, absorbs real fast through the rectum, bit cold at first tho, tbh more of a summer drink

I worked with a guy who had a gas supply that bypassed the meter. Apparently the previous owner was a plumber and bypassed it when the Esso plant exploded and Vic had no gas for a week or so. Dude used to leave his heating on 24/7 in winter. Also had a big arse heated spa and outdoor heated pool. Doesn't live there anymore.
