With Mike Vrabel now available he'd be top of my list but highly doubt someone as accredited as him would want to come here. Hes the leader of men and culture changer that we desperately need. Id still be pretty happy if we miraculously got any of the ones named, all the offensive guys are quality. No idea why'd they'd want to be here, but maybe one of them is keen on money.

Who do you guys prefer from our staff as HC?


Personally I think McDonald our DC is the best up and coming DC in the league and I would hate to lose him BUT I think we can get a coach who is 90% as good currently in house. Monken our OC is excellent and I think we will struggle to get someone 90% as good as him.

Monken imo is the better choice for us to keep and you to poach.

Doubt we hire someone else's DC. More likely Tepper will want to keep Evero on and force a marriage. His usual dumb shit. I like Evero but he shouldn't be kept if the new coach doesnt want him. Could see a world where Evero is HC having said all that if we are rejected by the OCs.

If Tepper really does continue with cheap inexperienced yes-men or really old has beens who aren't on anyone's radar, happy to take the money and be a puppet, and he continues micro-managing....the Panthers could end up like the Redskins, suffering thru Snyder and having to wait a decade or two till someone buys him out or he is forced out due to reasons.

He's already still paying out multiple HCs, tens of millions, so it's feasible he cheapskates it like above for 5 years till all those are off the book.
