Franchise was doomed moment tepper brought the team. CJ would of been ruined by panthers

Yeah you’re probably right. Boy hasn’t Tepper turned into a complete turd of an owner

Kellen Moore or Ben Johnson would be a win
Dont listen to dirty bird's nonsense, Kellen Moore would be the definition of settling for someone. Bears interested in an interview with him for OC?

Allegedly of the 9 requests , he’s not one of them. I’d be fine if we did , but I’d think if we take Williams at 1 they’d hire Kingsbury as the token gesture.

I think I'd prefer Waldron or Moore more than Kingsbury but get the thinking there. If you hire Kingsbury I think you can pretty much lock in Williams as the pick.

Hes 100% right. Tepper is slowing down the interviews on GM coz he doesnt care/wants to choose his own HC first coz he wants all the credit for finding a successful coach. He would rather the team be shit again than him not get any credit. I reckon hes also using it as a bargaining chip, "come coach my shitty team and ill pay you heaps of money AND let you choose your own GM" It should be the other way around. This franchise is so ****ed.

What a joke of a owner, imagine promoting from within coming off the season and horrendous draft the Panthers had...

Panthers promoted assistant GM Dan Morgan to President of football operations/general manager.
A former first-round pick of the Panthers in 2001, Morgan spent nine seasons in the league as a player and retired after the 2009 season. He joined the Seahawks as a scouting intern in 2010 and was promoted to director of pro personnel in 2015 before joining the Bills as their director of player personnel in 2018. The Panthers hired Morgan as their assistant general manager in 2021, pairing him with now-former GM Scott Fitterer in the same season. The Panthers promoting Morgan makes for an interesting decision, given his involvement with the team over the last three seasons. Under the duo of Fitterer and Morgan, the Panthers have gone a combined 14-37 and earned the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft — which belongs to the Bears. With Fitterer now gone, it will be interesting to see if the team is able to turn the corner with Morgan at the helm

“Yes, Mr. Tepper.”
"No one else is going to hire you in such an important role as GM coming off the disastrous season we had but im willing to give you a go coz I like you Dan. Im such a great guy arent I? Giving people like you a chance. Wow, im too nice for my own good sometimes arent I? Now, here is what I think you should consider doing this offseason, ive written what I like down on this paper napkin while on the shitter 5 mins ago. Just a friendly reminder again Dan, I hired you when no one else was willing to give you a go."

Make Carolina Great Again.
Relocate the team so I can stop supporting a team associated with Tepper please. Once the NFL gives Charlotte another expansion team with a different owner I'll be happy.
