As a kid, I used to do a morning paper round in 1970's. Regular routine in Tassie winter was:

Get up, chuck two piece of bread in the toaster, chuck a wrapped Kraft Cheese Slice on a heat bank, get clothes on while food was cooking, butter the toast, unwrap the cheese, slam it in the toast. Scoff on the bike (dragster) on way to the paper shop.
