I get we’re trying to be the club that doesn’t sack coaches but **** me, he’s pushing that envelope.
2 weeks we’ve had to prepare for this. How can this have been our best plan? This is inept from Vossy down.

Voss needs to go. He's lost the players. Non existent game plan other than kick and pray.
We will persist with him and waste another 2 years and then sack him.
They need to sack him now. Getting new assistant coaches isn't going to solve anything.

Please don’t criticize Michael Voss, he’s a fantastic coach who is tactically up to it. His defensive zone, and layers have evolved over the 3 years drastically and it’s clear it is just our small forwards that are just letting us down. Fix those up and we have a one way ticket to the big dance.
Everyone in the AFL except Voss and our MC saw this coming with these selections.
