Serious question? Why Adelaide and would you move to Melbourne you know where the tigers play.

Adelaide has good wine, beer, food, pubs, beaches parks, festivals and sporting events. Easy to navigate by car. Opens hours have improved. Public transport not so, but you've a way better chance of getting an Uber "home" than anyone in Melbs.

Melbs has a higher number of venues and events, public transport, probs opens longer. But hey, anything after about midnight to oneish is for the younger folk and trouble .

Climate better in ADZ for beaches. Water is Warmer. Surf beaches about an hours drive.
