The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos have locked in their extended line-up for Sunday's first-time meeting against Essendon at Windy Hill.

Defender Eliza Shannon and winger Lulu Pullar have been added to the team, as has untried 2023 draftee Ella Slocombe.

The Roos have no confirmed outs as of yet. Pacy Irishwoman Erika O'Shea remains in the squad despite finishing the Week 7 clash with Sydney in a moonboot. The defender fell awkwardly in a challenge late in the final quarter but was cleared of a serious ankle sprain before training on Wednesday.

North Melbourne remains undefeated in 2024 and currently sits atop the League ladder with seven wins and one draw, with its latest result being a thumping 60-point win over the Swans in North Hobart.

The Kangas will finalise their selected team on Friday at 5pm AEDT.
