    Cheers mate, I play superrules with clinton youngs brother and he(clinton) does not rate bucks and a close mates son is at the pies - ive heard too much recently to have confidence in bucks so hopefully gubby sorts it out

    I had a meeting with Costa and Cook. They built the whole Geelong success through a value set organisation. I have no doubt that is what Buckley is doing. Moving on players that didn't fit in with the organisation's values was step one. I can accept young players needing time and happy to give Bucks a couple more years, but I also think we need to tinker with how we move the ball forward.
