Good point, maybe never AD… but I would be surprised if they hadn’t had a look at it during pre season, VFL level or intra club games etc. The coaches would be in a reasonable positions to assess his skills, attributes, tank etc to make this call though.

And can’t rotate into midfield at all like Fogarty….which is an area they will hopefully develop with Motlop & Durdin and maybe Moir/Walker in time.
