What have you heard about Kiewa Greyhorse? How many injured blokes have chiltern got out? Think most clubs would have injuries wouldn't they? I know tallangatta have had injured blokes throughout the year. Full side they'd be top 3.
I'm guessing two sides forming and joining the tdfl is the most likely answer! Who joins together? Maybe bullioh/feds, alternate grounds train the wk at that Saturdays venue. corryong/cudge/walwa same thing but maybe play only the 1/2 at walwa due to change rooms and ground not 100% maybe the...
They won't bounce back with the squad they have to pick from. I'm 50 and I'd have more of a chance getting a kick.
Agree with your tips except swap thurgoona and ruthglens margins around.
A lot of merger talk going on, obviously something serious needs to happen.. my 2 cents worth lol already said before all umfl teams merge, bullioh to merge with tallangatta again, I know they want to go alone but unfortunately they'll struggle for juniors and make it harder for neighbouring...
Yep it's a no brainier! All 4 clubs in the upper Murray merge become one big strong club!! They need to put there egos aside. Tumba can go to farrer! Bullioh should merge with tallangatta.. oh no wait they did that. They can go alone and struggle for junior numbers and make it hard for...
Looks like the wind was taken out of chilterns sails yesterday!!! Kiewa is making hard work of there wins while tallangatta are making the most of there chances!! And poor old Beechworth.... pretty sure there a better side then saints!
Premiers: Thurgoona
R/up: kiewa
Top 5: thurgoona,Kiewa,barny,mitta,Chiltern
Leading goal kicker: telford
Barton medal: woods
Biggest story: tdfl to be whipped by o&k "again"
Gotta have juniors! Tallangatta and mitta struggle with junior numbers already, why let another team in the same competition with similar situation! If the Upper Murray folded they all should merge and form a side in the tdfl.
The reality is juniors numbers in every country league are declining, clubs need to more proactive rather then sitting on there hands and being pig headed. It's about finding ways for kids to keep playing footy and locals having something somewhere to watch!!
Awjfl are made up of a growing number of albury/wodonga kids. Very much doubt mums and dads would send youngs kids up to Corryong for a 9.30 game just so they get a game. As for your kids going to tallangatta for a game that a personal choice can't stop kids wanting to improve themselves, what...
