^^^^^ THIS.
Collingwood's form has been steadily getting better, and with the bruising derby followed by the long trip to Brissy our form has been tested:
On Saturday we lost the 4th quarter.
Having said that, Fremantle have risen to every challenge that has faced them this year without fear...
Nice Link, Freo Doc.
I was a bit disappointed with my result - 65 of 146.
got all the 100+ gamers bar Daniel Bandy: and he's probably worth forgetting.
My biggest blues were forgetting Dodd - that name would have earned me 2 extra points - and Ibbo.
It's amazing what a few weeks on the...
A Huge game of footy this Friday... really?
It seems like every week it's a "crunch" game for Freo.
Can freo beat Geelong, How will we handle the Saints at home, we've never won at the GABBA, blah blah blah,
I'm a washed up journo, blah blah blah,
I'm going to make excuses for Freo because I...
from freo1995's posts i gather the boys are calling Fyfe 'Avatar'. Something to do with his long face and prominent ears. could also be to do with the hands.
edit: just re0checked OP and saw that Avatar is already listed. Please disregard.
I'd be interested to know what the roles are for 'like with like'. There can't be 18 or 22 roles or your list would get stretched by 2 or 3 injuries to one role.
I agree with the OP though, the 'like for like' philosophy shows respect for the game plan, or 'process' as they like to call it...
I was thinking about pasta. But I might pop into carlton for a Grill'd burger. I really like their beef paties, plus you get a decent sized burger that's been made fresh. Do you have Grill'd in Perth?
Thanks for the pics Memories, but the 120 odd minutes of football i saw on the weekend painted a much different picture from your carefully selected stills.
My opinion stands.
I thought he played a pretty good game. Put good pressure on the Tigers runners and did some damage on the rebound. Missed a couple from 40+ but if he can learn to nail those then he'll be a hell of a footballer.
That's my two cents, anyway.
We always thought Warnock was lazy, but it's a fact that the huge 200+cm ruckmen take time to develop.
(this i think was Freo's logic in picking up Kepler Bradley:rolleyes:)
Sandilands only started to stick marks last year, at age 26, and he still drops a lot that he should take.
Sandi has 123...
Thanks Freo1995. Top Effort.
Would love to see Son-Son on the big stage again. He has the potential to absolutely rip it up with his pace and intensity.
I'd like to add a "GOOD" if I may.
The Talk.
Loved the communication between the boys. Every single player was responsible for setting up the zone and making sure Bombers in dangerous positions were manned up.
The bombers just seemed to run around and hope for the best, but the Dockers were...
why would you drive to Etihad with public transport in melbourne being what it is?
Are we talking about the James Squire Brewhouse? isn't that a decent walk from Eddie's Hat? that's up Russel Street way, the complete opposite side of the city!
If my partner and I make it we'll be the...
If list size were increased then the salary cap would have to be raised accordingly.
That could lead to further money problems for Melbourne based clubs.
and we couldn't possibly make things harder for the Vics...
record breaking debut.
33 touches on debut the highest debut possie score since champion data took over in '92. previous best was dalziel's 32 on debut.

there are few who would argue that respect is a bad thing.
But in my experience, it takes more than a quick handshake to earn respect.
I'm not sure that being a contact sport has anything to do with it. As JimDocker says, grid iron players are quite pleasant toward ther oppenents at times, and...
I think injuries may dictate the starting bench.
I get the feeling Harvey has listed some senior players on the bench that he has no intention of playing just for the sake of keeping Neil Craig guessing.
Kepler must come in. Johnson is a capable back-up ruckman, but it is not worth ricking his...
funny you should mention cycles, memories, I was just remembering when Collingwood dumped Leigh Matthews in 1995.
The Collingwood tribe reckoned he didn't get enough wins on the board in the 1995 season.
