I've always gotten the scarf but they decided to stop sending me the scarf with the membership kit years ago.

Why are they charging $11 postage on the scarf this year? Previous three years of this voucher code scheme to get a scarf postage was free. Before that I never paid postage when they sent the scarf. I thought the full membership covered all this. Have complained. Waiting for a response.
