I think in this draft 9 + 10 > pick 3 - unless we are guaranteed Jagga with 3 I'd be going the 6 + 13 from Goldie for Rioli and us paying a fair whack of his contract - salary cap space we have plenty of so should utilise to 'buy' better picks ....
