I reckon we'll just miss out.
But of the chasing sides you can expect the arse to fall out of one or two of them.
GWS, Gold Coast, Bulldogs, Port and Melbourne are all incredibly hot and cold sides. So one or two of them will drop off and be cold cold. One, may two will go hot and win a...
It's all confidence with him isn't it?
He looks so focused and stressed - the rest of the team look relaxed and like they're having the time of their life.
Yeh this kind of thing. It just leaves me wondering if they get together and decide this as a group or if one person makes up a trade value and everyone follows.
The other side of this though is that we really don't lose good players in that 23-28 year range where all the trade value is. I...
3 weeks for tackles that are between shoulder and hip are wild to me.
I get tackling safely - that's a good message. And Sicily's 3 weeks due to McLuggage being KO'd - I disagree with it but I get the reasoning.
3 weeks for the Cameron and Bedford tackles is bizarre. Comparing to the danger...
Serious question - how does the footy media/fans decide how much a player is worth on the market? I feel like I'm in a whole different world whenever they start throwing pick values around.
For example, since Nathan Thompson and Jon Hay left the hawks, I don't think I can recall a single...
On instagram today I saw a video of Jon Ralph saying:
If Hawks offer 950k and St Kilda get a first round compo for Battle - who wins that deal?
IT'S NOT A ****ING DEAL BETWEEN HAWTHORN AND ST KILDA - WHAT THE **** ARE THEY ON ABOUT?
Collingwood have so many injuries but they're staying in games for a long time and not getting blown away.
If we win it won't be a cruisey win I don't think
I think two things will happen:
1. Players will get better at dropping the ball onto their foot
2. AFL will continue to suspend players who don't tackle safely.
I reckon we'll get maybe one injury (or one star player rubbing their arm and grimacing) and then you're right, the tribunal will tee off
FInally watched the game on replay.
The thing that stood out to me was how intense the game was from both sides. That was not an easy game at all. Unlike last week - we kept at it and didn't go into our shells.
These are the best kind of wins while youre watching your club rebuild
And St Kilda can get stuffed as well. Imagine supporting that clubs> they beat Sydney last week then kicked a total of 39 points this week against another bottom 6 side.
Ross is a dud who ruins every game. I know it was raining but Adelaide still almost got to the tonne.
Essendon are a steaming pile of crap. Merret has and Martin have skills and everyone else is a butcher.
Mackay took a million intercept marks but also went weak at the knees to hand Melbourne the goal that put it beyond doubt.
Sucked in - I hate Essendon. Melbourne were missing Gawn and...
Hard to tell what's going wrong with Essendon - their forward 50 set up seems all wrong.
Shiel, Durham and Caldwell really just not A grade disposal tonight. They're lucky Merrett's running around out there - he needs some more skilful players around him
