How is it a joke???? He pleaded guilty, which means he admitted to doing it stupid. His lawyer was successful in getting the charge down graded. Check your facts before you fly from the mouth.
Given Thurl's perfect record and not one to get involved in stuff like that, i would dare say he should get off given he was attacked first.
I hope the Lauderdale boys are enjoying their mad monday. Once again, so much promise, so much barking, but very little bite. Great coaching saturday Windy.
Certainly not high profile, but has played AFL and can take a hanger. Played with Adelaide and up in Cairns last year kicking 80 odd goals. Has moved to hobart, just got a job with a local radio station! Am i close????
he has spoke to Lauderdale, Clarence, North Hobart and Glenorchy and Scott...
Look out for the pies and roos to have an impact in the finals and i think one of em will feature in the big one. Burnie were good on the weekend i hear even with a few still out. Launy starting to hit their straps again. Whats happened to North Hobart? Surely questions have to be asked. is...
I maybe crowing early. But Hobart have been told unofficially they will get the licence. Be based out of the old Devils changerooms and be called Hobart City. They will wear something similar to the GWS strip (awesome). What will the other two clubs do now, Dosa and the dees if worksite...
It may be written in their contracts when signed every year. But what player actually reads any of that crap? Their is no education, the players have never been told directly by anyone at stateleague clubs i have been involved with that you can't bet.
Word is Alright played as he was paid a nice little 4 figure amount to take part. I also heard on a work site last week why Jason Laycock changed his mind within 24 hours of saying he didn't want to play! 5K for a nice little days work.
Well i have been accused of knowing nothing on another forum. BUT, i did hear last night at Northgate that Claremont's coach has resigned. Also heard a few of the sfl boys got in a blew on the bus trip back home and it actually got a bit ugly. Could be wrong.
Goes alright at Old Scholars by the sound of it thanks do a family members statistics. At any other level i have no reason too.
Would have liked to see Thommo try at a higher level.
I do now! Thanks Mr Fisher for the statistics. Wow, he has had two good games in the Old Scholars, he may get called up to the state side as a possible draftee! It's a long year.
There is no way in hell, that fat loud mouth slob could run that, he wouldn't get over ten! And if he did it would only be 17m long!
Michael fisher was out few weeks back talking up how much money he was getting and the league will be piss easy! Someone should tell him that he won't have...
Re: HALL GOING TO Gold Coast
Probably find the comp would blossom with players who have left the state to return, also allow mariner kids to spend more time with their clubs instead of being wrapped in cotton wool so afl Tas can hang div 2 flag on the wall and organise another golf day!
Re: HALL GOING TO Gold Coast
Maybe it's time for knob shiners in afl Tas to put more money into state league clubs and cut back on the mariners! 2 drafted for all the time and money they piss into it!
Yeah i agree with that, was a gun in the old scholars but has a lot of work to do achieve that title in the state league. Still going to be a great addition to the side.
Re: Southern FL - 2011
Different coach in place this year so maybe he is trying to make it right, and with Baldy agreeing to do that surely it's a step in the right direction?
Re: Southern FL - 2011
Demanded a meeting? I'm not sure if it was anything like that. At the end of the day it's very hard to make players go somewhere they don't want to!
