I happen to agree with everything he said about North Melbourne and I have much respect for the North Melbourne Football Club, I just think using Port Adelaide as an example is rather uninformed and contradictory.

Looks like a biased, biased article to me.. So he's saying that people can't make fun of North Melbourne for their crowds and then he proceeds to make comments about Port Adelaide playing GWS in front of two men and a dog. But isn't that the sort of thing he's telling us not to say about North...

I think this is a little bit silly really. Geelong rotated their players due to having an aging list and wanting to have their best team fit and ready for finals action. Carlton do not have the same level of talent or depth IMO so probably shouldn't be messing with their best 22 too much.

Don't know about this, I don't think Gold Coast or Port Adelaide will be the same easy beats they were in 2011. Perhaps even with a favourable draw the Crows would still be looking at the bottom 4 IMO
