Felt rather queasy watching that in slow-mo. Hope he makes a quick recovery. I hate seeing anyone get injured like that, no matter who they are or what team they play for.

I probably couldn't do more than about 3 or 4 in an hour. I don't have that big an appetite; it doesn't take much to fill me up.

Painkillers (usually Advil or Panadeine Extra for my regular headaches). Bottle of water (to aid in swallowing aforementioned painkillers). Bus tickets (it's difficult (although not impossible) for me to travel any decent distance from home without them).

They also have them at Coles at Castle Plaza Shopping Centre in Edwardstown; and also at Coles at Westfield Marion. I don't mind using the self-checkouts if I only have a few items, but they're a right royal pain in the arse to use if I have a trolley load.
