Top 5 - Florence, Mostar, Trieste, Berlin, Paris (History buff)
Bottom 3 - Rome (Find it hard to get around), Athens (Just feels like a generic city with a few historical monuments inserted into it unrelated to the actual city itself), Zadar (meh)
First off thanks in advance for any answers.
So just to break this into parts. Background info I live in SA, not sure if rules on this are different between states.
1) Is there a difference between an Auto/Manual license ?
2) If yes, then how do you go about legally driving a manual on your...
I figure since I have a couple of questions about references I may as well use this thread
Firstly - How "old" can your referees be ? Does it matter ? My most recent university related referee is from about a year and a half ago, wasn't sure whether to keep listing her or not ?
Secondly - Is...
So I've been having this thought lately...
If there is some universe where
a) Knicks win the lottery (Pick goes to Denver)
b) Nyets get the #2 pick (Pick goes to Atlanta)
(Or the reverse of the above)
Please god, let it be this universe
More out of interest than anything else - I imagine if you were say 40 that you'd consider dating someone else around that age with kids, but at say 18 you wouldn't. So my question is - At what age would you consider dating a single parent ?
Wouldn't be an issue if the amount of talent from each state being drafted was matched up to the amount of clubs in each state (eg WA 20% of draftees so has 20% of the clubs in the comp). You'd imagine under such a situation it would all even out in the long run. Of course that isn't the case...
Hear from where ? We are crap at e-sports (Computer games) when faced with international competition (The main difference being you can be a professional gamer in Asia/America/Europe but all amateurs here unless you travel).
I think we are still doing well in womens sports generally. So hey...
I might be mis-informed here but...
I would be mostly concerned with WA becoming a little like Gold Coast situation, but with a role reversal between the NRL and AFL
I mean, with have a high growth area in a "traditional" football state, with an increasing migrant population from rugby leaning...
I actually think that the dockers attack will stack up well against the hawk defence. Pav to me is most likely to have a big game of all the forwards and then there is Mayne and Sandi (when he goes forward) who are elite at generating contests when outnumbered (like a "contest" specialist...
Disclaimer: Not a walk home, or drunk, maybe insane (extended period of isolation), but anyway
I had just arrived in Berlin, needed to buy an O-bahn (train) ticket, the only English speaker I could find would just told me "I don't have much time, here buy this ticket so you can go to Potsdam"...
Never had "the talk" per se, my sex ed reads more like a series of awkward situations.
Had sex ed in year 6 (I don't think much sunk in though)
Had the internet installed on the home computer. My mum asked me to supervise my sister "Can you make sure she doesn't look up any *** sites"...Not...
Reading this thread !
Guess I should make a contribution...
For context, I was 12 at the time. The last 3.5 years of my life I'd been a constant victim of bullying at school. It was mostly the kind of stuff where if you hear it once you just ignore it, like how big of a deal is being called...
I would like to know what steps (if any) you take to ensure that the rankings are objective and not subjective to any of your potential biases (For example, a subconscious bias against Port Adelaide with regards to umpiring decisions)
Port vs Carlton on Friday night anyone ?
- Last game at AAMI (Highly probable)
- Both finals contenders (And only game with two finals contenders possible on friday night)
- Port have had no Friday night game since round 7 2011
- Both teams 6 day break
- One team is travelling (Beneficial...
New York Knicks new "seven seconds or less" philosophy
"Alright guys, we've got seven seconds or less to let the other team score, so we can get the ball back faster and therefore take more shots ourselves"
re facebook official - I view as sort of like letting "everyone know" that you're in a relationship with someone. By defining it "officially" gives a kind of security blanket (for lack of better way of phrasing it)...
re online - I'm assuming you don't setup dates within a week of each other...
Trying to transition from meeting a girl online to meeting them in person to "the boyfriend"
I mean to me, the first meet is like an awkward "I just need to verify you exist/aren't crazy", second meet is "Actually getting to know you, like in real life" (Cos talking offline is a bit different...
All the clocks (apart from the actual officials clock) should be count up, including the broadcast clock. It's just better from a viewing perspective, you get two moments (Say when the last goal is kicked AND when the siren goes) instead of just one (When you look at the clock and realize that...
It's a bit random but something based around Charles Kingston way back in the 1880's-1900's could potentially be quite interesting. Was premier of SA and president of South Adelaide in its glory years (6 Premierships in 8 years), key figure behind the adoption of Australian football in SA...
Only year I took it seriously was grade 7, last year of primary school. Actually have a couple of good memories though. Remember our house having two netball teams, we stacked one with all our "best" players while I was put with the rejects. Managed to "lead" the rejects to a couple of wins from...
Be interested to see the breakdown of unique visitors to AFL games is in each state, just to see if its going backwards in WA.
If there was a comparison between SANFL and AFL unique visitors that might be interesting too.
