This maybe off the mark , but what if Dawson is being retrained to be our 2nd ruckman / come forward? When he was thrown into the ruck as a last resort in one of the games , he didn't do too bad. We do have some good backmen on our list , but still lacking that tall forward that can relief ruck?

Good to see a bit of loyalty still left in AFL.. Good for Melbourne too , as the club was under a bit of pressure to keep him..

I'm sure a year under Ross the Boss , would kill any more 'cough' ducking that he seems to demonstrate each game. Maybe a good fit for us & I'm sure WCE will being looking to have a good clean out, as two years in a row there squad had failed to win the GF..

I think Freo would rather trade for him this year , so he can have next year to learn our game plan. That way when we are in " Finals Contention" we have a close knit team. My thoughts anyway... :-)

Enjoyed watching this years games Tanner Smith played in , gave his all ! Certainly gave a spark to our forward line .

I suspect there won't be many players delisted in the next fortnight , as much we want in the forum to get rid of some , trade wise they maybe of some worth to another team. But I do think we need a good clean out of the fringe players! Do hope we get some trade steals!

Well I imagine 1st day back at GWS training will be interesting.. Maybe if he doesn't turn up , they will delist him & we pick up in PSD. lol
