Easier but not easy.. Clubs make good money out of a home game, luncheons, canteen arvo tea post game etc etc.. My point is that Ammo clubs still cost heaps to run.

VAFA had a women's Football director up until a couple of years back, in past few years VAFA has lost head of Womens football & Club development manager. Head of women's footy went sideways t different role and we still have no club dev manager .

VAFA apparently have again failed to pay their umps on time (again) for apparently the umpteenth time in 4 years. no player umpiring footy on a Sunday & if they did that would soon quit as they only get paid a little over 110 ish for a lower game match or 99 for wowmens games it's not really...

yep and A grade is meant to be 3 umpire system. Under 19s is short.. np boundaries in C grade some B grade games with 1 boundary . Multiple clubs very angry yesterday. rightly so.
