I expect next season Ross will be aggressive with playing the youth. I have no doubt this year he played it safe and honestly thought we would be playing a prelim at the very least. The club had ample opportunities to try youth players but left it far too late at the end of the season as we saw.

Yep certainly Barlow, Neale and Pearce need to work on their disposals skills. Pearce has the potential to be a star if he mastered the basics and learned the appropriate time to take a run. Feels like this year we made no improvement in the skills department.

DPearce deserves his spot in the team because (1) He actually wants to play (2) Gives his best! He is still an asset because he also frees up Hill and gets the ball into the 50. Whereas the other spots need to be looked at like Maynes position if he doesn't return to his old form and Clarkes.
