Welcome Welcome to new Pies President Barry Carp

Looks like we have hooked ourselves a good one. Good luck, Barry. Pies members will not be koi about what they desire most from you - thoughtful and effective leadership. Lead well and everyone will follow.

Welcome Welcome to Collingwood Will Hayes

Good luck, Will! Pendles will be happy - he loves a good Hayes.
  3. Hong Kong Pie

Welcome Welcome to Collingwood Charlie West

Welcome, Charlie. Fast and mid-190cm at the moment, a good combo. Twomey called him 'raw' in his comments, but clearly has some talent. Good luck, young man!
  4. Hong Kong Pie

Welcome Welcome to Collingwood Joel Cochran

Welcome, JC! A good runner, apparently, and looks like he can mark from his highlights. A slow developer, maybe? Well, you have your chance with the mighty Pies now, young fella, grab it with both hands. Make the Swans cry for another reason as well.

Oppo Camp Other Clubs News/General Discussion

The whole thing around Scott getting a side job with a Geelong sponsor is so damn shady it could be a picnic spot.

    Player Watch Bobby “Norm” Hill

Hope it can all be resolved quickly and with all parties happy. Was going through old emails this morning and saw this notification, the story from 2021 trade period. How time flies... like Bobby...

    Toast Round 24 = Melbourne 57-103 Collingwood

Some good signs from the young kids, and a win over the Demons is always satisfying. A shame we couldn't make finals, but looking forward to 2025. Onwards and upwards, Pies!

    Player Watch Bobby “Norm” Hill

That mark, wow. He was 7 feet up in the air, twisting and bouncing off a couple of guys' shoulders while marking a 45-metre kick... and yet he landed as nonchalantly as a cat jumping off a sofa. Absolute poetry in motion.

Game Day Collingwood v North, Sunday 1pm, Marvel: Maynard Lovefest

I really think it straightened up our movement, with Reef doing more than Fin in less time
  12. Hong Kong Pie

Game Day Collingwood v North, Sunday 1pm, Marvel: Maynard Lovefest

As much as i like Fin, him coming off for Reef helped us a lot.

Game Day Collingwood v North, Sunday 1pm, Marvel: Maynard Lovefest

Yep, what a rollercoaster of a first game! And she was very close to Bobby's aerial heroics, a game to remember forever!

Toast Round 14 = North Melbourne 118-119 Collingwood

Still shaking. That one was for Bruzzy. Bobby Hill, you legend.

My daughter is watching her 1st Collingwood game live today too, having gone down to stay with my sister. So disappointing.

  17. Hong Kong Pie

Game Day Collingwood v North, Sunday 1pm, Marvel: Maynard Lovefest

Man, there is no doubt, North are giving us an absolute lesson. They are working harder and playing smarter. Hope we can turn it around enough to get back in this one.

    Toast Round 13 = Collingwood 89-51 Melbourne

A little, but had the most tackles in the team if memory serves.

    Review Round 11 = Fremantle 75-75 Collingwood

Sullivan was on the end of some line ball calls, especially the high contact, which the Freo player moved his head into a bit too.
  25. Hong Kong Pie

    Review Round 11 = Fremantle 75-75 Collingwood

My God, Freo play such ugly football though. That last 10 mins made them look decent.
  26. Hong Kong Pie

    Review Round 11 = Fremantle 75-75 Collingwood

Didnt control the moments like we are used to. Structure was uneven without Checkers and the young kids couldnt do enough. Take the 2 points (damn it) and move on.

Oppo Camp Joe Richards (Traded to Port Adel. 2024)

  30. Hong Kong Pie

Oppo Camp Joe Richards (Traded to Port Adel. 2024)

He is looking very comfortable in the 1st half of this Eagles game. Could well have had 2 goals, been sharp with tackles and disposals.
