    Resource Finals Ticketing Details

I’m not superstitious, but I do like to be organised so I will ask: if we get to play Sydney, will the club receive an allocation for members? Any idea how this might work?

I had the same issue. I've written to AFL Membership asking what the go is.

Collingwood Grand Final Day live site , Olympic Park Oval

Beer queues here are stupid long, not enough bars. Did Collingwood forget that their fans are Collingwood fans?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to purchase standing room in the AFL Members, or do they only offer these once the seating allocation is all sold?

Magpies Pub to watch this week?

The Terminus in North Fitzroy (Queens Pde) always has a good vibe at Collingwood games.

News Holden Centre hosting fans to watch the WCE final (FREE Event - see pg 3) - what was it like?

Yeah, but are you gonna get Josh Smith’s signature at your mate’s place? Don’t think so! (Unless your mate is in fact Josh Smith, or Josh Smith is mates with your mate. But even then, it would be socially awkward to ask him for his signature in that situation).

Includes booze and food. The night pays for itself if you’re crafty enough!

In hindsight, I think I remember him staring at his hands for most of the second quarter against Richmond

Can’t we just pay for him to have a year in France studying, then he can come back?

    Oppo Camp Alex Fasolo

Give him a game this week (rest De Goey). Fas lifts in front of his family and friends, kicks a few, and increases his trade value. Wins all round.

Strategy 3rd or 4th? What would you prefer?

Agree the Tigers are in prime position, despite being only ahead of the Eagles on percentage. I guess the question here is ‘Richmond or Eagles in Week One?’

Posts here are assuming Richmond finishes top. Not a given!

Roast BT getting excited when a player gets injured.

That stuff in the last quarter is less about backing Geelong, and more about keeping viewers excited about the finish so they don't turn off. The commentators are surely under instruction not to suggest that the game is over.

Player Watch Rupert Wills (Delisted 2020)

Anyone else notice the Toov-esque 'Roop Roop Roop' calls from the crowd toward the end of the game? It was the night's only highlight.

Analysis How we can play finals

Here's the (overly simplified) maths/outcomes that gets us to September: 1. Collingwood wins each of its four games by an average of 50 points (in low scoring wins) 2. North loses each of its four games by an average of 50 points (in low scoring losses) 3. Port and St Kilda do not win more than...
