Shit birthday due to life today. Until I watched this magnificence, awesome to see us get up for Sloaney and the ledger our way is a cherry on top.
I'm still old, but very happy.
Only the Roos but big Daws has over 600m gained at half time...
250+ more than the next best. I can't even run that far without pinging a hammy (250 that is)
Was searching frantically for how to watch overseas, glad I didn't and listened radio instead.
Now it's just my sanity that's been cracked instead of that and the TV.
Go Crows.
Take away the Collingwood loss and this year has been absolutely huge for our young sides belief.
2 losses by less than a goal (Freo ageing well), Port after the siren, beating Richmond and then to top it off the Dogs at Ballarat is unbelievable results for a rebuilding group.
Had some doubts...
Crows by 13, Rachele and McAdam to produce some highlight reel quality goals. Sloane at HF (or bench) and Berry bulldozing the mid in his return.
Dawson to do Dawson things.
One can dream.
Good - Haven't heard from Richmond Supporter family in a while about footy
Bad - Didn't watch the game
Ugly - Was playing Soccer In NZ
Beautiful - We beat the Bloody Dees! You ripper, brought a tear to the eye watching Tex slot that
Rage alert - I know we are rebuilding and its wet but **** me if we go in at half time at 7 points its time to put the card in the microwave. Nah, just drink more.
Hurts more as its just a conversion thing, like our game today in my shit league - general play good, finishing shithouse.
Long...
Fact we are in front with Freo seeming to be on top in general play is encouraging, hopefully once we click we can get some goals on the board and start pulling away in the 2nd half.
Bring the pressure, intent of last 2 weeks and kick straight it's a canter to 4 points.
Hoping we don't drop off in intensity.
Tex to kick a bag to surpass last years tally in 3 rounds and the Crows get up, was not expecting to write or even think that 4 weeks ago.
Just settled in over in NZ and have set up the Pay TV (impressed they have it here) and the Crows are on!
You beauty, Saturday sorted - lock myself in the lounge room and lock my family out in the yard for a few hours just for me to join them after the game half charged and impersonating big...
Confident in Ports list being near its limit and having an advantageous run this year? Yes l am.
Got some young guns but plenty about to fall off a cliff and then a restart, who knows what the next couple years hold with COVID but this, like our 2017 was their best shot and bottled it...
Completely agree, never spoke ill of him and waited to see how we would progress before making judgement with the dire state of our list this year. As stated, proven wrong and always happy to give incoming coaches a chance. From what we have seen thus far, the changes are looking great.
Agreed...
Wasn't sold on Nicks. This year and the way we speaks/can see how much he cares about the playing group and the Club has put me back right in my footy nuff spot. Fantastic appointment, has made all the right moves, more so as the year has gone on and we are now getting proper and effective...
Reality check against the best side of the last 4 seasons, this one included.
Still some positives to take away, the effort was there (from most) and some of the young guys stood up under the relentless pressure that is the unrelenting Richmond of the last few years.
Some big list decisions...
