Same for me Matey. Out for dinner and had both games ready for replay when I got home - what a disaster! Sometimes I think you just have to write games off and move on. We had absolutely no chance without a ruckman and don’t know if we could have expected much better in hindsight
Totally agree MS, I think our depth is good and by the end of the year CJ will be pushed up the ground with Day and Bramble soon to return. C’mon Hawks, What a two weeks it would be if we can knock off the Cats and then the Swans!
Agree Yardie, The texts and letter from Jeff would have just been seen as a brush off wanting to make him feel better rather than a genuine attempt at understanding through sitting down or talking
Wow, That is a tough read! Only just remembered there is a game on tomorrow. This is a far more important issue and as difficult as the topic is it’s much better out in the open. To the posters who talked about Silk as President, is this something he has actually expressed interest in or talked...
It really is a little difficult to not think so. The Bailey Dale tackle from behind where he dropped it cold is the one that got me. You could possibly understand a play on call but holding the man!!!
Hi Pinoy, The username came about not so much how because that’s how things may play out in the midfield but my son’s name is Finn so we have a vested interest in how Finn Maginness is going and we both love CJ!
Yes Chopflop, I’ve noticed the same thing. We are regularly taking the option that Sam would have taken as a player and that’s a great thing but how we executed it Saturday night shows a real buy in by the players to play the corridor too
