Harley is nothing overrated (lol but i am a bias little bastard at the mo). When he is on the team Mooney is free to roam and Scarlo has a huge amount lifted off his shoulders. When Harley made a come back you could see it made a difference, we keep teams to there lowest/er scores easier.
