That does look suspicious to me. I just dutifully reported it also. Performing my Karenly duties. Speaking of which, hope that radio broadcaster gets in trouble for that competition he ran on Charlise’s name.
In Aboriginal culture, they like the images to be suppressed. I sort of get that. I can’t really look at the photos of her or them anymore. Not right now anyway. Too upsetting tbh
Thanks. The comment “can’t choose their partners”. Weird statement seen as that he’s been charged so I’d say he’s worse than the two. Unless there is more to the story with regards to KM.
This is an interesting theory.
Has someone got the daily telegraph story they recently published about JS ‘tortured life’? Unless it was already posted here , I haven’t seen it though. Guess I shouldn’t ask as I haven’t subscribed to the DT.
The cop mentioned they had evidence of a conversation regarding this but I didn’t catch the entire presser, because I have two screaming kidlets on school holidays.
Sorry I didn’t mean to sound like I was throwing grandmother/grandparents under the bus. Just trying to make sense of it all and frustrated really, at the mother and her fiancée. I know these child protective and custody issues can be complex.
Beautiful statement from the bio dad. Poor man :-(
I understand the fairness of contact between parents and their children. But supervised contact in cases like these seem to be the appropriate way to go. Grandma should have been there or met at a neutral place like a nearby park for a short visit etc. Especially in hindsight of this...
Thanks for the update. I’m in Qld, this story has been wiped off abc and news.com.au. Extremely bizarre. Looks like she wandered off and/or met with foul play.
I quite agree. As I said before, keep ‘em indoors. Saves people from having to stress about the weather etc. mitigates most of the risk from the elements.
yeah.my two very young children were on one over the weekend last. In an oval, at a church Christmas thing. I can’t remember if it was anchored down or not, probably ropes and stakes. But there didn’t seem to be anyone supervising. I hope it wasn’t a privately owned one. Apparently they are...
Absolutely makes you wonder if any of these jumping castles that are erected outside on grass were ever that safe. just keep them indoors, the school would have had a hall?
Yes. Kids cost a fortune no matter the govt help. Believe me. I know 😂
Also all this talk about digging up soil and insects is making me feel physically ill. Poor bub. Imagine after all this time he was right under their noses.
It’s the psychological damage to parents and community and Cleo. That’s the thing. I know you can sue for that can’t you? For scaring the shite outta everyone.
Isn’t the insanity defence a little of a stretch, don’t you need to be able to prove psychosis at the time the offence was committed? A would-be child abductor I think in Australia actually got a 4 year jail sentence because he was in a psychosis, he tried to pull the child from the dads arms.
The other day I saw a boy who was quite young playing by a drain on his own. One car pulled up and a lady got out assuming she was checking on him. I did the same. Moments later his mum came around the corner. Still it pays to check and keep an eye out I mean in a non creepy way. I don’t...
This is why the Bible says love thy neighbour. Means literally that. Knock on someone’s door and say gday. It could save a life. I guess in my calm moments I feel pity for the abductor. It’s a sad state of affairs really.
Yes and surprised his driving was any good in the dark as he’s never had a licence. I have my open licence and I still can’t see in the dark when I drive and get scared when there’s so few street lights etc.
