Disappointing if this is accurate. Sticky hands and accurate kicking are good attributes to have in the forward line. However, I trust our club to manage contracts better these days and not overpay players, like we done in the past.

I agree with this. I think they will back him in to work through the tag. He is good enough. The "positional change" lever can be pulled if things aren't going our way in the early stages of the game.
