I don't mind so much if a young forward runs hot and cold, as long as it's not due to attitude or work rate. It's a hard position to play, and with a few pre seasons and Gunners mentoring regards leading, reading play, etc. it would likely be remedied
Can anyone let me know what factors are contributing to Cody being a mid draft pick rather than a high draft pick? Seems motivated and has a mature body.
I completely agree that all players have earned and are entitled to their share of the prize (IF we win). I'm gonna come at this from a different angle - club building.
I understand that $6k to $8k is a really nice bonus for a great holiday, but for many of the AFLW players it is more likely...
Wouldn't surprise me if the men pass the player payments to the AFLW players, given the difference in renumeration, and in the spirit of club building.

Thanks for the support, good to be here. I could have been clearer about how I thought Weddle could be played. I picture him ultimately playing HFF, but getting a lot of his possessions on the wing. Leading up hard to the wing to help transition from defence, burning defenders going forward when...
Thanks for the welcomes, I didn't realize that the intro board was all clubs, whoops, but we are all footy fans first right? Spot on Moo, this year has got me excited again. Also, I spend less time at the pub than I used to, so it's nice to have people to chew the fat with.
I know it might seem like a bit of a stretch, but why not try to use Weddle in a Nick Riewoldt role? Huge tank, good size, can get better overhead and will suit our style of play. Maybe I have rose coloured glasses.
Hi all, I've been loving reading the posts here for years and finally joined up. I have been a Hawks fan for 40 years, but only a member between 1999 and 2007 (I know!). I live rural with not much disposable income so usually only get to 1 game a year.
Played country footy in Gippsland growing...
Firstly hi to everyone this is my first post, been reading for a while. I just really wanted to say that the support for Blancky was superb, and an excellent display of the basics of team building and leadership within a club. Warms my cockles.
