Re: Murray Football League
Side looking very good. Appears both forward and backine been bolstered with the inclusion of Travis Wayman up forward & Dan Irwin down back. Also the Magpies new ruckman appears tough to beat, a big man.
Re: Murray Football League
Brenton Faulkner very good in and under, fit, and had plenty of the ball.
Matthew Knox looked comfortable sitting across the half forward line booted a lazy 4 or 5
Gee Wizzzz "the chair" a scathing analysis of the Eddy season and the Cohuna likelys. In a pocket he may, but even those who play in pockets can have thier measure taken.
Understand he also won the league medal in the CHFL, how would he do that with poor skills. Also heard the whisper from his 2006 club that he will be returning to the CHFL to finish career. Hopefully he is not looking for the big $$ this time round if what you say is true.
G'day guys, just a quick question from Southern NSW. A player called Jason Hill was up this way playing a season with a side around the Echuca area. Wondering how he went and will he be staying around the area. I have heard that he was quite a pick up - finishing well in the b + f for his club...
Does anyone know a gent called Justin Edmonds? He apparently won the Bell Post Hill Reserves B&F in 2005. I knew him when he played over in Horsham. Wondering if he would be a worthwhile investment for a country senior side on the Murray?
Charlie, I heard that very same roumour for the season 2006 that the Boga boys would possess a much stronger line up. I rate the club as very strong off the feild and hope they can pull it together next year to compliment thier well organised, family orientated club
Just on that... Do you think that Parsons will coach the Pies again in 2007. I have also seen him play and he would appear to be the backbone of the senior line up. I would say that should he be not given the job or chooses to leave the club someone would have some massive shoes to fill!
Would anyone know if Wade & Mibus are looking to move on from Donald. I realsie its not in the Wimmera league but someone may have heard of them from Horsham?
