The problem with Cross is he is becoming too predictable, opposition teams will zone off him waiting for him to handball to a player near by...which happens 90% of the time.
He has quit the Swans today and has indicated he wants to play on next year with another club.
Did Rodney Eade coach him for a short while in Syd? That might help his chances coming to the dogs in 2010. (If he's wanted of course).
It is almost certain 'Mr Plough' won't be coaching Richmond next year and the new coach will have a clean out and anyone over 30 will most likely be shown the door?
The question is: would you take him back if his form warranted? Especially if Aka retires...
I'm pretty certain of the response...
Ha? Have you seen the stats? St Kilda is by far the biggest 'flooders' in the AFL bar none! They call it great defense but when you have 15 players clogging up the oppostion forward 50...well what do you expect?
2002 - Tim Walsh - injuries / CRAP (Edited for accuracy)!
I know he got injured but did he ever play a decent game before he got injured?? Can't even get a kick playing for Balwyn in the Eastern Comp!!
The man is pure and simply the devil dressed in a suit!
I put him in the same class as Hitler, Saddam Hussein, Pol Pot and Idi Amin! Maybe that's stretching it but you get the point!
Courtney Johns! Surely they're taking the piss!
Why not grab Trent Bartlett, Kingsley Hunter & Sedat Sir while you're at it and just shut the joint down!
Not much....This contract would be a big increase but his form went down the toilet and so did his career at the dogs. He rolled the dice and wouldn't sign early in the year but he got injured and then struggled so his next contract would have been low....hence bye bye!
