Apparently wrong, it's so you can watch 2 versions of the same game at the SAME time. Makes sense to me :P I would pay 50 bucks to watch the thing on main event, but alas Australia and our draconian television providers have NFI. If all other sports around the world have a paid service...

They utilise fox sports + (main event) to broadcast games into rugby states e.g. QLD and NSW for when the main provider fails to uphold their end of the deal. Nothing to do with 7 restructuring their fixturing just fox retransmitting the game that falls into the sunday 2pm Black hole.
