Couple of quick notes before more drinks.
As has been said already. So proud of the boys and this damn football club. They had every right to throw everything in the air and say this is too much. Injuries, luck, form, suspension and umpiring lead to one of our least experienced teams to play...
Checking around a few things and up pops a email from the saints..... wow is this a statement to calm us down??? NO?
ITS FOR A BLOODY CARAVAN!!!!
That's a big shame, he gave this place some colour and information.
On the hawks bid, I think the AFL have big problems if this comes to pass. The way some clubs have acted is disgusting. It's worse then a meat market right now. Contracts mean nothing, agreements mean nothing. Deals being...
tough condition, very suited to the swans so well done to the boys on staying in the contest. Need to remember that working hard means running to present, running to contests. Like the look of Murdoch. Wright does a lot of little things down back. Ross working hard and will improve. much harder...
umpires, stop guessing. If you can't see who has the ball in the pack, don't guess. Otherwise happy the boys are showing a bit. Couple of silly mistakes but really good contest
to those having a go at the club. I am curious about why BJ did not back himself to get another contract after 3 years. Why the fourth? Why did he feel he needed to be the best paid player at the club? He has not won a best and fairest. In the past two years half a dozen AT LEAST were ahead of...
roberton has a good football brain and looks composed for a player who has less then 50 games experience. Armitage needs to use this game as his running standard, that was elite running and using of the ball. Goal kicking is important. Giving away frees can kill you. Stanley needs to stay at CHB...
not watching it but read that siddles and nannas have squared the batsman up a little this morning but the lack of slips has been a killer.... why not attack before the game gets away?
The question begs, does casson keep his spot as a all rounder that can bowl spin? Who of the internationals come in to the bowling line up? I would think bracken will, stuart clarke?
What a final we have coming up next week, the question is will they prepare a pitch that lasts 5 days?
Hussey and white looked a class above yesterday. Some of the tactics by the Queenslanders where confusing at best. Simpson bowled nearly a whole session outside off stump with a packed legside and still got tonked. Brant was the pick of the bowlers, there is something in the pitch if you pitch...
actually I really enjoyed the bowling today
Macdonald, makay and nannas all swung the ball, with the lush pitch and outfield helping the shine to stay on the ball. They bowled very very well, with only patterson and nannas giving away runs to short wide balls.
Not sure where QLD is going...
great call, it's times like this where you see the real class of people. Tendulkar is walking over quietly talking to the officials while dohni is showing pure class with everything he has done.
The weed and ponting on the other hand have shown the real selves tonight
Seriously I have never seen worse winners in my life....
If the indian team and supporters actually stopped being tossers they would have hear the aussie captain actually praise you several times for out playing them.
Suprised with ponting, seems to not care at all, perhaps he is just making...
only one team was playing in the spirit of cricket out there.... to quote a certain cricket captain.....
seriously, if the aussies can get attacked for celebrating a test win the indians can cop it for winning a stupid one day series
typical bloody indians, thankgod this summer is over, can they piss off home already!!
Thanks for the memories gilly
Cheers hoggy, maybe you should have played today.
We need to see some fresh blood, not sure haddin is the answer and questions need to be asked about the likes of symonds...
Confused on why sniko was used?
Did donhi control it before grounding it, looked very similar to the clarke test decision in sydney.
We need some big hits to get us home
