He had a chainsaw in his toolkit on this trip. Anyone think he may have used it to assist in transporting the bodies/fit them into the trailer? It would help explain how he moved them and would make the hiding and bonfire easier. Although I’d imagine it would be really hard to clean forensics...
You’re probably right. But if the music is not a song that you know, you might not know when there is a pause or when the song is about to end. GL said the music wasn’t from RH and CC’s era. RH may have been hearing it for the first time. That’s if there was any music to begin with. I don’t take...
someone I chatted with today wondered if GL purposely got caught. Seems like more and more possible crimes are being unravelled each day. Maybe he wanted his name put to his work after all these years. The way he spoke to the cops in the interview reminded me of Verbal Kint in The Usual...
If he had the music on or up…. the music normally stops and goes quiet in between songs. Maybe RH was unlucky with his timing… if GL had the music up. As Ramjet says on other matters “Its inconsequential”.
It was fascinating watching the ROI. His lack of emotion/humanity didn't help his case. It was very matter-of-fact, maybe too much so. The way he described his decision-making process was extremely cold, almost robotic. Going against his solicitor's instructions was an outrageous move. From the...
IMO It is possible that after the shot was fired that both men were shocked as the mirror was blown to smithereens (not knowing CC was hit). GL heads back to camp with his gun and RH goes to check the damage on the car. He discovers CC and realises she can not be saved. He grabs a knife and...
Self defence IMO. As soon as a deadly weapon is produced in an altercation, the person without the knife is technically fighting for their life. Fight or flight at it’s purest IMO.
GL’s ROI doesn’t sound quite right IMO. Some details have been altered and twisted to favour him legally IMO. I showed up to uni for a few classes and the only thing I can remember was the philosophy teacher saying : “The law is an ass my friends.”. Combining the lack of evidence/witnesses, GL’s...
Some thought provoking discussion and positive moves forward on this quirky thread.
As a footy fan I feel the game would prosper under SOME of the proposals by OP.
A truly national competition with 4 or more divisions would be a real positive in my eyes. The proposed structure is more exciting...
This thread is a gift from the gods. The initial side would get steamrolled annually by most A-Premier premiership sides.
The best part of it is that Jascave put his name to it and posted it online for critiquing.
It's a really tough ask to pick such a side as picking a team of the year from...
Disgraceful player... Nope - VFL Legend
Disgraceful bloke... You obviously don't know him.
Massive fan of someone's post the other week about xavs switching gears (vvvvvroooooommmmm). Wanted them to get up due to that post alone!
GlenHuntly Park or "Pressure Park" as it was referred to by the great Merv Keane has a fair surface unless heavy rain hits it. The middle (when wet) has a tendency to turn into a "Hog Wild" style mudbath.
Wise locals are aware that the breeze generally carries from the Racecourse and blows...
Saw the Vampires today and have to agree. This side is the best SFL side I've seen since Balwyn left for greener pastures. Very young fast and fit. May as well hand over the cup, flags and medals.
Congratulations to East Brighton on season 2011, a marvelous year from a powerful club...
Would be surprised if this was true. If it was who cares, the bloke is a gun on and off field. It takes 2 to tango and if your mrs is gonna play up maybe she isn't the right one!
Congratulations to hard at it, in and under De La Salle midfielder Aaron "Shieldsy" Shields. A very worthy and gracious winner of the 2010 Woodrow Medal.
Does anyone know who the placings were???
So you get paid to play Div 3??
Then you say you wouldn't kick to paid players! Have you found the ball finds you less often as you are on the bankroll?
Please fill us in...
Not sure if The Chief is still getting around. Was an absolute gun and a nightmare matchup for opposition coaches. Just ask Richmond triple premiership great Merv Keane. If The Chief plays Hampton become very dangerous. Lots of pace skill and experience. Bring back The Chief!
Pretty sure St kilda city played oakleigh krushers (c grade) a couple years ago in a praccie... City were lucky to get up playing with half a side by 130 points. City and the top sides have improved by 5 or so goals by now with additions from AFL, VFL etc. Don't be fooled by your competition...
Why chase an out of shape veteran?? Great player but looks much better atm as he is playing in a very ordinary side. Would be a great sight to see him if he was fit...
