Everytime I have travelled interstate to see the Hawks play, they have lost...I think I should just stay at home in future...
There are so many great highlights from the day that I will remember for the rest of my life, most of them have been mentioned here a few times. One of the best moments for me was when Roughy kicked his 2nd goal and while celebrating pointed right up to the sectionof the crowd I was sitting, in...
I know, I know...I'll try my best to get him into something! I'll hold him down and put some face paint on him...lol. Maybe he can actually wear his member scarf that has 28 years on it! He will be wearing his lucky football hat though...so that is something. :thumbsu:
I'm still deciding between wearing my old Johnny Platten #44 signed jumper, or my newish Campbell Brown #30 signed jumper. Will also wear my 2008 members scarf, hawks earrings and my sister and I are going to put a bit of face paint on our cheeks. :D
Apparently my cousin is wearing a hawks...
I would have loved to be down there today, instead I was stuck at work listening to the guys on SEN talk about it. Thanks for posting those pictures, must have been awesome!

I selected "any seats, no standing room" or something like that. The seats that I ended up getting are 'standard'. Oh well, doesn't matter, I'll be there pumped up for what will hopefully be a great game.
I was there at the game, but I don't really remember it, I was 6 years old. I remember being at Waverley a lot when I was younger, just don't remember the Grand Final game. Will be at the Grand Final again this time round and will most definitely remember it. :thumbsu:
Just found out that I got tickets to the Grand Final!!! I was in priority 2 and got 4 tickets in Q35 row DD...pretty far up the back but I don't care, I'll be there cheering on my Hawkies. I went to the Grand Final in 1991, but I was only 6 years old and don't really remember any of it. Can't...
I can back up what halfback dasher said also. I was sitting in M14 a few rows back from where he was sitting. The saints guy looked like he was going to kill someone, if you are going to leave a game before the final siren, you have to expect to have a few people waving good bye, pointing at...
