Lots of dead average scores mixed in with some decent ones. If hes not fit I’d worry about his cash gen. Most of those decent score are his finish to 2023, especially in the finals where he got off the leash. A lot of that year he was producing 60’s by fading in second halves (I was a keeper...
Mills is only 27. I think he’s a fair way off the gradual fall of Fyfe levels
My biggest query is where he lines up. They’d be mad to move Roberts after what he showed last year. So leads me to believe midfield. I’ve seen a fair few on swans board say he will see wing time and rotate inside
Sheezel is an interesting one this year. He’s basically a shoe in to be a top 6 defender. Early fixtures are a bit of a mixed bag. Every chance you could get him at a much cheaper price in the early parts of the season but the cost of a trade like that isn’t always straight forward.
I think...
There’s SO many value midfielders this year. Choosing the right ones could really set up your season. Not to mention most of the value blokes don’t play round 0
Don't do it brother
Williams is an honest tryer. We need Flynn to be fit as we need a more capable ruck which Williams unfortunately is not. Williams was always earmarked / groomed to be a forward but we've inevitably had to play him as a ruck due to limited ruck stocks. Jack Williams showed...
I haven’t seen anything confirming but he was pretty much a pure midfielder for them last year from about round 7 on so I’d be surprised if that changes. Dogs board unanimously have him in the team as a mid now
After his shocking start to last year and his subsequent subbed game, he ended up averaging 106 for the rest of the season. Certainly has it in him. Also coincidentally lines up roughly with Richards moving to become a perma mid instead of HBF. They don’t really have anyone else as a prime mover...
Coleman might not even be ready for round 1 which in that case will make everyone’s defences a little different. I’m here for it if so
I also wonder if Roberts role will be affected by the proper return of a fit Mills or if Mills mainly plays midfield. I’ve seen some on the Sydney board mention...
This cumming chat has me randy.
All in all I think he represents supreme value, but whether he can get his body right remains to be seen. Seems to be plagued by soft tissue injuries and already had a 4 week hamstring injury this preseason which doesn’t bode well. In saying that, Hinge always...
Fair few demons posters on SC board seem to think that’s where Windsor is currently training too. I’d assume he’s slightly ahead of Lindsay. Or they possibly alternate between HBF and wing.
Juicy HB role there now that Bonner is gone. Happy days.
Feel that this year that there’ll be plenty...
I wouldn’t be so sure about that. Without Pittonet last year he averaged around 109 if my quick hungover maths serves me right. Thats season keeper levels.
My only worry would be his injury history and whether he can shoulder the ruck load for the entire year. Think there is probably a...
I think Burgoyne more likely for wing this season. Gives them much needed outside class and outside of a couple games last year he didn’t really play HBF. Although absolutely pissed it in during that final so maybe there is something to it
I feel like Farrell and Evans collectively probably get...
