Buderick to Draper
Billings to Darcy
Jordon to McKay.
Do want bramble but rather bring in draper for the cash in the backline at this stage.
Leaves 350 K in the bank for an upgrade next week and now waiting for cows to really cash up.
Young 100 3qtr glad I hung on...watching this game just to see him play, not sure what to make of him as a keeper though. Seems to just position himself for the connect ball.
Young to NVM
Gibcus to Massimo
Billings to Powell (yes I just brought billings in but too much growth everywhere else in terms of dollars. Should have hung onto fisher the extra week, but I did generate 300K from last weeks trades for a big move soon).
Will miss out on mckercher but cant have em...
Regarding Billings having trouble fitting him in, thinking maybe holding Harmes as they are similar players, similar roles. So seems like a trade burn getting rid of one for the other.
My latest thinking is keep fisher and martin, go gibcus to massimo and harmes to T Berry. Correcting an injury, suspension and pulling in Berry for earlier cash gen. Also keeping the boost for later.
He did this all the time at Carlton, got the ball a lot but lots of clangers. Thought it might change being in a team where he becomes more senior, more responsible, but I admit I got sucked in by his practice game score and that bloke on youtube pumping him up without thinking it through...
This was my original plan, so might go back to that. I could keep Martin, move Fisher to Billings, Budarick to Ambrosio and pass on Berry, this would take only two trades. Still need to sort out Gibcus though, and would mean hanging onto Harmes as well.
Billings still makes me a bit nervous.
Ive also got to move on Gibcus in the backline want Amrosio so was going to do that next week. If I wait I will have too many changes needed to be made in 1 week potentially. Thoughts on Harmes? Why was he so low this weekend. Is he a bad choice to move on or wait as well. Ive also got budarick...
Martin was never a keeper for me, was more a mid price choice, but really at an awkward cost. I regret getting him in, alongside Fisher who is similar in terms of cost and long term usability. I think I was hoping Martin would move to the backline as a keeper as one option originally but I didnt...
Thoughts on Harmes, thinking of straight swap to billings.
Thinking of these 3 trades just to get some balance back:
1. Harmes - Billings (get the price rise)
2. Fisher - T Berry (get the price rise)
3. Martin - Rowell (get in before the price rise).
Was facing 3 donuts with simpson, oliver and owens.
So I have traded:
Simpson to Wardlaw
Davey to Ford
Cincotta to Merrett
Holding Oliver and Owens on the bench as I am running out of trades and need them back on the field without trading them.
No donuts but big risk bringing in Ford and Wardlaw...
