I can jump in here - as I did last time when Joe nominated for the Board. Would have one of the most impressive track records in Australian business, don't worry about that. I don't know Joe well enough to know if he'd still be interested in a Board position but he would be great for Richmond. I...
You obviously don't get out into the country much - don't have to be too far from the metro area to have
dodgy mobile phone reception and no internet. It's ridiculous. I should get Joe onto it. :)
Nothing to get paranoid about here. Didn't have internet connection for a year or two out here in the bush. I'm a lurker. Definitely not on the payroll.
Really don't know how you can say that. I've gate crashed and posted in this thread once before, only because I've had a bit to do with Joe Russo. I don't know too many people who are 'a few rungs above where he operates'. Or above him for that matter. The Richmond Board should be delighted he's...
Why do we even care about Mike Sheehan's Top 50. Why are we treating it like it's some official list ? It's just his opinion and so only as worthwhile as how highly you value his opinion and I don't. On anything.
We would all like the opportunity to come up against a hopeless, hapless Port Adelaide in a Grand Final, thrash them and claim our greatness for all time. We'd all love that even though the game itself will never be remembered or the win genuinely respected. Shame we have to play a big powerful...

I agree, Rebecca looks weird. I'm sure she'd feel the same way about me. Ryan Griffen's girl is quite beautiful, so is Rooey's long tall Texan.
"That's as good as it gets"
For God's sake give that one a rest. And every word that comes out of Dwayne Russell's mouth and , as he never shuts up, that's a whole lotta hate.
Has anyone stopped to think this is a team struggling to find its way after the loss of its main forward - you know, the one you build a game plan around.
I think anyone with half a brain would realise the Saints are going to be doing it tough for a while, finding a new way to win. Of course...
Is it too much for other St Kilda supporters to wish Luke Ball well? He gave
great service to our club, put his body on the line time and time again and, let's be honest, we loved him for it. He'll do the same for Collingwood, try his guts out. He won't be a gamebreaker, and he won't kick too...
There is only one failure here and it's this thread.
St Kilda wasn't offered Wellingham - media speculation only.
We were actually offered Tyson Goldsack. Didn't see him out there today.
Come to think of it, didn't see much of Luke Ball either.
Sheesh, back to the subject. Make the most of it Doggies fans....and why not.
It was great win, looked impressive, everything's clicking, you beat good opposition who WERE trying. This Saints supporter isn't feeling too good about it today, especially having to watch the much loathed (seriously...
You'd know that better than me. I'd suggest someone with Navy Blue running in his veins, with a few years behind him, who could make a genuine impact on game day. So - a lead by example (like Judd) sort of player who would bleed Navy Blue. Anyone spring to mind?
If you're referring to the NAB Cup GF last night, the Saints back line were certainly exposed. Not helped by losing Sam Fisher 5 minutes into the game. Did you notice that? No? Was that why he made your hack list? Because he didn't have much impact on the game? Ah well. Glad things are holding...
Back to the original topic - Chris Judd is an interesting character.
Great footballer, no question - his kicking isn't all it should be but in close there is no one better. I don't believe he is the right choice for Captain of Carlton however. He doesn't seem to have the will to do what good...
The majority of bad injuries that have occurred this pre-season - especially to Hawthorn and Adelaide have been in the NAB Challenge (the basic praccy match round) rather than the NAB Cup.
