Rumour GFC 2024 Player Trading, Drafting FA, Rumours and Wish lists Pt 2

No clubs are interested in Oliver. Geelong are into Smith and Waterman although it seems Waterman wants to stay at the Eagles. Archie Perkins name has been raised at Geelong.

Rumour GFC 2024 Player Trading, Drafting FA, Rumours and Wish lists Pt 1

I like the look of Charlie Edwards. Geelong like tall midfielders but I'm not sure he will still be there at our 2nd pick. Any thoughts?

    Why is that?

Rumour GFC 2022 Player Trading, Drafting FA, Rumours and Wish lists PT2

What are the chances that the afl block the trade between us and GC as a result of it being too one sided in our favour?

List Mgmt. Who do you want to draft?

Sorry for the late reply, yeah Curtis Taylor.
  6. Cats Eye

List Mgmt. Who do you want to draft?

With pick 12 I want Clark, but I think he will be gone, if so I want Hately, but unfortunately I also think he will be gone. I really like the look of Taylor, great kick for goal and can also set others up, he is smooth and a great user of the ball, something we need in our forward half.

That's it, keep living in your little make believe world. You hang in there champ.

Traded Tom Scully [traded to Hawthorn for a future fourth round pick]

I should have known that there wasn't going to be a decent discussion had in a hawthorn related thread.

Traded Tom Scully [traded to Hawthorn for a future fourth round pick]

I agree, Geelong were very lucky with the Motlop deal. This just seems too much one way traffic to me. Your bolded could be correct, but I am hearing that he passed the fitness test/medical. Something just doesn't add up.

Traded Tom Scully [traded to Hawthorn for a future fourth round pick]

Not as lopsided as what this is.... if true. I'm not sure what you mean with your last statement.

Traded Tom Scully [traded to Hawthorn for a future fourth round pick]

Too lopsided, it reeks of an under the table deal.
  12. Cats Eye

Traded Tom Scully [traded to Hawthorn for a future fourth round pick]

If true and Hawks are trading p53 (or similar) for Scully, surely the AFL would override and not allow this trade to go through.

Recommitted Tim Kelly [exploring trade options home to West Coast]

There is a lot of WCE sooking going on in here. Your club stuffed up by not drafting Kelly before Geelong did. It will now take a lot more than pick 24 to get him to your club. Get over it!!

Recommitted Tim Kelly [exploring trade options home to West Coast]

Pretty sure its written in plain English. "Its not that we didn't pick him, you just picked him first." Please enlighten as to what context this should be taken, because when its read in English it is completely contradictory.

So judging by your post, EVERY mature ager is better than an 18 year old, because why else would you be shocked?. Hmmmmmmmmmm, I'm pretty sure there are young 18 year olds who had a better year than Dom Barry for example.

Welcome Luke, hopefully he will be a great addition. Well done geelong.
  18. Cats Eye

List Mgmt. Tim Kelly remains a Cat for 2019

Get the lube ready cats fans!!!! Geelong will accept pick 20 (or similar). After the trade they will give a speech saying how “unfortunate it was to see a player like Tim go, but we felt as a club we needed to do what is right by him and his family. It was an unfortunate situation that the club...

Opinion Will we make the finals? Do your ladder predictor.

A lot of people counting the freo game as a win, it seems to me that its normally the type of game that we lose.

Unofficial Preview Cats V Hawks - Another Chapter in THE RIVALRY..

I agree with the general sentiments in this thread, Im ok with most of the changes, but PARSONS????? In a game which is going to be fast paced and physical, and we decide to bring in a forward flank, who has poor disposal and cant lay an effective tackle to save himself.

Richmond just drop the ball close to their bodies when tackled

What a terrible attempt at trying to be funny. Please focus your energy elsewhere from now on, it will save us all the discomfort of having to read your cringeworthy posts. You mention about posts being deleted, maybe you should make them relevant.

Richmond just drop the ball close to their bodies when tackled

What does the importance of the game have to do with anything, are you insinuating that Richmond wouldn't care if they had of lost to Geelong? The OP states nothing about the free kick count or Geelong having 10 'extra frees' as you so put it. I don't think that I should be the one who is...

Richmond just drop the ball close to their bodies when tackled

LMAO, a North supporter talking about being relevant......... now I have seen it all. My profile pick is of Chester Bennington, the lead singer of Linkin Park if you must know, he passed away last year. I have no idea why you presume im from Corio, but your presumption is way off. Now enough...

Whaaaaa, I’m a tigers supporter, whaaa whaaa, we nearly lost at the mcg, whaaa, now we don’t seem unbeatable at home, whaa whaaaa, it must be the umpires fault, whaaa whaaa whaaa. I think that’s how it goes.

Richmond just drop the ball close to their bodies when tackled

LOL you guys are so deluded. 8 goal better side you say, you won by 3 points, dare I say it at the MCG. LMFAO. Looks to me that Richmond got a scare last night and the premiership isnt just going to be a walk in the park, their supporters are grabbing at anything to say otherwise. The look on...

Richmond just drop the ball close to their bodies when tackled

Wow, Tiger supporters are seriously going to whinge about the umpiring tonight. The same team that was given a goal last week which was clearly a throw. The same team who's captain grabbed Kelly as he was standing off his mark to take his kick with no 50m penalty awarded. The same team who's...
