It's usually 2.6 times the amount.

Hibberd: 3 weeks (hammy) x 2.6 = 7.8 weeks
Zaka: 4 weeks (quad) x 2.6 = 10.4

"Hird expects Hille to miss between 2-4 weeks with a calf injury"

3 x 2.6 = 7.8.

Hille returned eight weeks later in the VFL.

Is a player we have no real cover for. Works in and around the stoppage and shows a bit of speed and a lot of class with ball in hand. This makes him an important link between our hardworking but not super classy inside mids and our slightly built game breaking outside mids/flankers. As has been mentioned here it is not a good time to be out with the games against Hawthorn and Geelong at Docklands. Very tough games but ones we can win considering the venue. With Watson and Stanton taking up most of the opposition's defensive planning in the midfield he is potentially a game changer. Anyhoo no point sooking bout what we can't change. Lets hope the men paid 900,000 a year can sort out a way through this!!

Interesting bit of info from Zaharakis.

He isn't able to do any explosive running but he has been doing a lot of 200 and 300 metre sprints.

Obviously it isn't perfect but he is certainly running so he should be in reasonable condition by the time he is right to go.
