It's to do with AFL Nation relays but not really sure. It might be the on air talent in some cases being restricted as to what stations they can be heard on.
That doesn't explain why sometimes SENSA take a different call and it's not even Crows or Power Nation related.
Either way the technical and productions costs would be expensive.
Started listening to the Drive show and was wondering when did De Stoop come in as a third presenter?
