He wasn't everyone's favourite, but I always found the segments on Hungry for Sport featuring Patrick Smith to be entertaining radio. RIP.

Any chance SEN could do a segment replaying some of the best bits of Patrick Smith and KB? Stick it on in the afternoon instead of some of the usual crap that they talk about. Probably not.

i think or would think that everyone who comes on are paid in some way.
Everyone here agrees that pang is excellent. Imagine him with an hour at least a week taking a different view on sport. He wouldnt suck up to footy players like the incumbents do.
Id always sit in the car until smiths segment finished, then id proceed with my day

I don't dislike Scoob but the sen breakfast summer team of him and Sam I just can't do it. It's not the worst but I'd just rather listen to nothing. No real chemistry and the tone of voices bores me to death. I'm sure we can't all forget the riveting banter of last years Xmas beef cuts Scoob never gave Sam, only to burn his on the big day. Only talked about it everyday for 3 months
That’s the conundrum with opinionated people: they’re often good to listen to, but there’s a fair chance one of their opinions will eventually piss you off

And also the other grab they used to use all the time, "the dildo did it for me, Kevin".
It's a shame they didn't get KB on as part of a tribute, but I doubt they would have bothered reaching out because the situation isn't great and he can hold a grudge.
With both Smith and Denham, I would listen mostly but if they became to annoying, would change stations for the remainder of the hour. Patrick Smith wanted the whip banned in racing, maybe because he knew he often flogged horses to death in his campaigns and crusading.
