Yep, that's the one. When I hear one of the ads I'll post which ones to be sure we have the same person.

She usually does the round up of all the upcoming shows on sen, as well as numerous ads.
I think i can hear her voice!!

Welcome to off. The. Bench.
I've never listened to O.T.B (Pickers voice is a whole nother issue) but I had a listen to the most recent one today (intro only I promise!)
The one that shits me isn't the "Welcome To" one but the nail-chalk-board one that does the Maccas/Tyre Power ad with her..
though if I listened regularly, I'm sure I'd discover they both suck equally.

This girl's got the MOST annoying millennial accent. However, she might have a bit of foreign twang that I can't pinpoint.
She does several ads; how does that happen? Do the marketing people say, "yeah, let's use that girl with the put-on, annoying voice." "Yeah, great idea, Tobias!" Are they trying to appeal to young people?

Thats the most annoying you can come up with?
That new SEN Sheila who has the weird ending to words reminds me of a poor impersonation of Craig Willis. Putting "ahh" after every sentence to make it drawn out. Annoys the shit out of me

My God that one is actually a shocker!
(wasn't sure if it was male or female) but I remember first hearing them on an Aldi ad where they were attempting a "beat poet jazz riff" complete with the teeth stuck.
Next thing they were on EVERYTHING!

I hate the voice too, and it's been in many ads. I think it's a Gen Z twang, rather than a foreign accent. Very noticeable on vowel sounds. BTW I'm sure it's a male , but who knows these days.

This just reminded me..Kath Loghnan used to do this thing on AFL Today (before 360) where she sorta sighed after asking a question.
Then I noticed the Nerdlinger start to adopt it, presumably in the quest to appear more sexy 🤢
I've always wanted to go back to his earlier interviews to validate my theory but, ya know.
I get enough Nerdlinger already.

So Bedford you didn't go to the wedding that Pickers was referring too, either?
It was Hutchy and i , the groom was living with Hutchy and he was MC at mine . Someone pulled out and then he asked Hutchy who told him to stick it . The groom loses the plot when this comes up , it's hilarious

Just getting in early to justify his yearly super bowl junket.
Agreed.

Unless it’s significantly cheaper for SEN to send Poindexter over as opposed to taking in a local radio broadcast of the Super Bowl, I can’t work out the point of GW calling the game. He’s not even a particularly good caller at the sport.

Just more to make his head bigger

His NFL calling is atrocious.

Why would you listen to that when, if forced to listen instead of watching, when you can find the US radio broadcast easily?

iHeart radio has plenty of stations carrying the game.

On SM-G781B using BigFooty.com mobile app

AND we have to sacrifice "Midday Madness" for the pleasure.
So basically "You Call/You Won't Get On"
It's THE promise.
That is Some Bullshit! 🤬

It probably forms part of his overall package that Hutchy used to lure him across from the ABC.

And as Redline has pointed out in the past, the company uses the event to sell tour packages. Just imagine the wild hijinks you could get up to in New Orleans with Whateley as your guide!!

I was N'awlins' 12 or 13 years ago with a couple of mates where we walked a little to far down Bourbon St apparently, one of my mates was offered a proposal from the balcony of a bar backed by some hootin' and hoolrin' which he chose not to accept (insert Blue Oyster Bar music)
Whatley on the other hand.....

NTTIAWWT.
