This is pathetc. WTF are you thinking? This is not a hardened leader of men. Kanga lotto time.. thats a disgrace, sin bin, relinquish the captaincy.. 6 wins under your leadership and you want to do this shit? Piss off

I saw a portrait photo on this website a couple of days ago and thought “nah, its just a look alike, there is no wayy our captain would do this”

****in woww!

6am on a Thursday, do you just wake up drunk and angry or does it require effort to achieve this feat?

Joke(?) aside, it's such a nothing issue. He looks cringe, who cares. Andrew Swallow was literally an underwear model lol. Some players and the player association are pushing for the league to introduce what amounts to fashion runways for players entering the arenas before games. I'm loathe to tell you to get with the times, because I myself loathe dealing with half the changes, but the times have changed and that includes the AFL which is perpetually topped up with 18 year olds who are more 'current' with the trends than we ever will be. Every. Single. Year.

Fingers crossed for Jy this weekend. He had a horror year last season starting with the Webster hit. He was also concussed twice in 2023. Not forgetting his broken leg before he even arrived at the club. He really hasn’t had a decent opportunity. Hopefully, he’s primed to deliver this season. He deserves some luck.

Not to mention the * players back in the 90's like Gavin Wanganeen doing that awkard fashion show.
It ain't a bad thing to have a North player visible in the media. We need as much exposure as we can get.

Don't forget the absolutely mangled finger and ankle

He has had a decent opportunity, but it coincided with a dark, dark period. Definitely deserves a healthy, sustained crack at it with supposedly more competent personnel around him, on field and off

Bizarre to think that of the 8 seasons he’s been here, along with Larkey and Zurhaar plus Xerri and LDU, the second most “successful “ was 2019. And we sacked a coach that year.

Being able to run and compete trumps them all.
Depends on the scoreboard. If his disposal is crisp clean and involved in chain and score involvements. I’d take that over a player that can run all day but turns the ball over. I mean, its obvious who one should take but because of your ridiculous bias.. you’ll take the bloke that cant kick and handballs to feet

If this has stemmed from the All Stars game as some has theorized (last 5 mins of the game) and the Club has led with the “illness” script for the last 3 weeks, then it’s a little disappointing.

If it a fresh injury from the last couple days, then so be it and either rest him or play him based on a fitness test. Pressure on new fitness guy (White?) to stop the soft tissue count with Wardlaw, Goater, Duursma and now Jy impacted in 2025 so far.

I don't think it matters too much when it happened. If anything, I'd rather it came from the All Stars game, as that would mean he'd be close to recovering by now whereas if it happened at training, that would be three blokes doing their hammy at training in a month which suggests we may have a problem somewhere

We’ve got some of the best player availability in the league. Think generally injury management and prevention has been good under White
