I'm not defending the current NZ commentators for this test series, none of them are that great.

McMillan and Mark Richardson aren't too bad but Katey Martin can be pretty annoying to listen to.

Jeremy Coney is one of the best NZ commentators but he only does radio commentary in NZ and not tv commentary.

It's much more acceptable for commentators from all countries to barrack these days. The ones that don't generally shine through.
