Which players are in for a big 2004?

Also, which players are on their last chance in 2004?

Here is how I see it:

In for a big year:

Travis Johnstone: My tip for the 'Bluey'. I knew he'd respond to critics in 2002 and I'm sure he will do it again.

Chris Heffernan: 2003 was good, but I reckon he will lift his game to another level in 2004 and become a genuine star of the competition (Broady_20 won't agree with this).

Jeff White: I think he will have a very solid 2004 after a very poor 2003. Lets hope so anyway.

Steven Armstrong: Ready to become a full time midfielder.

Bizzell, Neitz and Yze will be their usual brilliant selves.

And now, the players who are probably on their last chance next year:

Scott Thompson: I like him, but if he doesn't do much next year then I think he will be traded.

Travis Johnstone: I know he will respond, but a poor year will almost certainly see him traded.

Jeff White: See Travis.

Aaron Rogers: Must play a senior game next year or he will definitely be delisted.

Troy Broadbrige: If he doesn't become a regular member in our defence next year, then it's goodbye to Broady.

I agree with most but you've been a bit tough on Broadbridge. The bloke has missed a season and a half (almost) through injury. I think they'll give him at opportunity to improve with Sandringham. If he doesn't improve he's probably gone but it won't just be because he doesn't play regular senior footy.

Others to watch:

Bruce, Carroll, Ferguson.

Under the pump:

Godfrey, McDonald (tough on 2 blokes who finished top 5 in the B&F but if we improve our midfield these are the blokes who will not be getting at opportunity)

Scott Thompson and Steven Armstrong

I don't agree on Godfrey being under the pump. At the moment he's almost our most valuable midfielder and is as good as anybody in the comp at winning the contested ball.
