Fair enough. From memory, Pitchfork were pumping it hard in late '07 and it did make their best of 2007 list, so that's pretty much why I consider it a 2007 album.

no it was just the first one i could think of. but if i were going compare it to a battle that included the beatles, it would have to be beatles vs the beachboysi think omit was saying oasis and blur because in the big picture they were pretty much insignificant, yeah?
either way, it was an epic battle.
