I felt we got good value when he was on the ground and he did some sensation tap ruckwork and snagged a few goals, was surprised why he got so little time.

2009 will be the year we throw the magnets around and see what we've got, get games into the kids, Goldy might not play every game but if he doesn't play a minimum of 10, my letter writing skills will be getting honed thats for sure.

He didnt get much time coz he really struggled with fitness...I know he is working extra hard this pre season on his fitness and skills so only great thing are to come:thumbsu:

I don't want any magnets getting game time unless they're under 25 years of age. *Post approved by pharro

Pharro is club appointed moderator?

goldy is having a ripping pre season and going to dominate 2009 this guy is somethin special im telling u now this jewish bloke is training the house down

The best thing i like about this kid is that he a genuine tap ruckman. As he gets more game time he will become more smarter around the contest and the result will be our midfielders getting their hands on the ball first. Which i think is something we lake out of the centre. Although Hamish and Hale and good ruckman they are not great tap ruckman which i think Goldy could be. Combine Goldy, a genuine tap ruckman who can also push forward with Hamish who can play a midfield role when at peak fitness and we have an awesome ruck combination for years to come...hopefully anyway.

I don't know. But it's not like someone would say, "This catholic is training the house down"?

It wasn't said as a negative, so don't see how it is an 'ism' of any type. I am sure Goldy is proud of his heritage and to be one of the few to have represented them at AFL level.

People just need to relax and not get too PC. AFL goes to great lengths to highlight the impact the indigenous have on the game, maybe that is racist? :p

yea mate i am goldys #1 fan i didnt mean nething by that comment

A few of above posts were anti-semitic.

back on topic, I hope Goldstein stops being a wandering nomad and finds a proper position on the field. He has disproprtionate influence with the selection committee, so he can always get a game. Oh man does anyone else remember his tackle on Bachar Houli last year? He just wrapped him up and wouldnt let him go, even when the Umpire blew his whistle!
