Davis is only supposed to be a week. No fracture or anything in the shoulder, just soreness and concussion.

I honestly hope he's fine. To put it in perspective, Leuenberger lost an entire year to it and Brittain is still hampered after his infection.

Leuenberger ended up losing 12kg and missed the final 21 weeks of the 2009 season. Brittain is still unable to walk properly and is unlikely to be able to work again.

Captain Jonathan Brown will miss Brisbane Lions' next two AFL matches as the star struggles to overcome a groin injury.
Brown was a late withdrawal from Sunday's 65-point loss to Western Bulldogs at Etihad Stadium and has been struggling with the problem for several weeks.

Coach Michael Voss said post-match that Brown would have a four-week absence, which takes in the mid-season break.

He will miss the Lions' matches against Richmond and Carlton, with the Lions hopeful the key forward will return for the round 15 home game against St Kilda.

Edit: And pout I would upgrade Goose for mabye Shaw while hes cheap and just save the rest of the cash for later trades

Anyone know anything about Maguire though? Leunberger missed 20+ weeks or something with the disease he has on his foot :O.

Golden staph - Leuenberger got it in his joints. Maguire's got picked up early, should hopefully be nothing than a nasty rash.

My forward line reads as

Pav, Brown, Pods, Higgins, O'keefe, Goodes, Rockliff (Hitchcock, Watts)

5 trades and 77k in the bank atm

Should I just bite the bullet and trade both? Or one? Or just sit them both on the pine and and maybe cop some 0's in the next few weeks, I've only lost 2 games and am second on the ladder....... I really feel i need durable players I can't afford to have Rockliff, Hitchcock and Watts on the field, it's giving away too big of an advantage, every other possy in my team is set, except i need to upgrade D7 and F7 and that can be done with one big downgrade at the end of the year

Geez injuries suck, any advice much appreciated?

suffer thru it while you can - if playing those with no idea youll still beat them.

2 games...hardly a disaster. I'm just glad they've decided to get him right. Now just need to pray that Rockliff and Watts continue to get games. Rockliff should be right at least...
